High Intesity Interval Training: The boxing and X-Trainer classes include a variety of fun movements that helps develop your overall strength, speed and agility, core strength and flexibility. Utilising equipment such as focus pads, boxing bags, boxing mitts, free weights, kettle bells and more, these dynamic classes are designed to cater for all levels of fitness. HIIT:
